Qualifications

• CMA or RMA credential pathway required.
• RQI/BLS within seven days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, room, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies for visits and procedures.
• Assist physicians and clinicians with examinations and minor procedures.
• Collect laboratory specimens and document in EMR.
• Support scheduling, testing, procedures, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with patient registration and co-pay collection.
• Maintain clean, disinfected care areas and equipment.
• Provide medical scribe duties after training as needed.
• Participate in meetings and team initiatives.
