Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an On-Call/PRN Med Tech in Tucson, AZ. The role requires completing a Med Tech training program and at least six months in long-term care or related fields, with preference for memory care experience.

You’ll provide safe med administration and build relationships with residents. Expect some holidays and weekend shifts; strong communication and computer skills are essential to support residents and the care team in a compassionate, community-focused

Qualifications

• Med Tech training completed.
• At least 6 months experience in long term care, home care, or related field (preferred as Med Tech).
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Ability to work some holidays and weekends.
• Must enjoy working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and administer medications to residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Be on-call/PRN as needed.
