Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Med Tech for our Memory Care unit in Arizona. This full-time role involves safe delivery and administration of medications and building meaningful relationships with residents in a supportive, compassionate environment.

You will work a 2PM–10PM shift, with holidays and weekends required. The ideal candidate has completed a Med Tech training program, six months of long-term or memory care experience, and excellent communication and computer

Qualifications

• Must have completed Med Tech training program.
• Minimum six months’ experience in long-term care or memory care.
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

This is for Full-Time, 2PM - 10PM shift - Memory Care Med Tech - must be a certified Caregiver for the state of AZ.

What you will need for this position:

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech
• Experience working in a memory care environment preferred
• Able to work some holidays and weekends
• Must love being around and working with seniors
