Job summary

Carolina Reserve of Laurel Park, a Navion Senior Living community in Hendersonville, NC, seeks Certified Medication Technicians for PRN medication administration duties. You will oversee resident care, maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and work within a supportive, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and resident care oversight.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information per HIPAA.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Attend in-service and state-required continuing education.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to supervisor.
• Follow community policies, procedures and dress code.
• Document accurately and descriptively.
• Operate equipment safely following training.
• Support infection control and emergency procedures.
