HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami is seeking an experienced RN for PRN shifts to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit. You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will advocate for patients, coordinate with physicians, and contribute to ongoing education for patients and families.

Competenze

• Active Florida RN license or recognized Compact Licensure
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of start date)
• 1 year acute care experience

Mansioni

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts, report changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, and document care in medical records
• Provide timely, compassionate care and responsive support to patient requests
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up
