Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• BLS/CPR within 30 days of start date.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (ADN or BSN).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses; document care in medical records.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to provide compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up; translate medical terminology as needed.
