Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years experience in 2+ disciplines of massage techniques (Preferred).
• 1+ years massage therapy experience (Required).
• Ability to document massage intake forms on each client (Required proficiency).
• Strong communication skills (Required proficiency).
• One year customer service experience (Required proficiency).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Required proficiency).
• Must hold and maintain an Ohio Massage Therapy license (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED within 90 Days (Required).

Responsibilities

• Be on time for your shift and perform services within the allotted time.
• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments according to protocols.
• Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and ROM.
• Inform and educate guests about wellness concerns.
• Maintain sanitation and proper room restocking.
• Promote department services and retail offerings.
• Handle guests’ questions professionally and courteously.
