Envision Radiology is seeking a PRN Mammography Technologist in Fort Worth, TX. The role performs routine and diagnostic breast imaging with careful attention to patient history, implants, and quality control.

This PRN position requires the ability to educate patients, work efficiently in a fast-paced team, and coordinate with radiologists. Qualifications include ARRT Mammography (M) registration, a graduate RT program, CPR/BLS, and state license if applicable.

Qualificações

• Two plus years' experience in Mammography – preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
• Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Interfaces with patient to obtain medical history and explains procedure to obtain best image.
• Reviews charts, screens for implants/contraindications, ensures consent.
• Obtains prior imaging and performs high quality scans for radiologist.
• Performs Mammography exams and communicates patient status.
• Transfers images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinates protocols with Radiologist and maintains equipment.
• Interacts with Lead Technologist/Center Manager regarding departmental concerns.
• Complies with safety and compliance requirements.
