Job summary

Unity Health in Searcy, AR is seeking a Mammographer, PRN to perform quality mammograms safely and timely as ordered by physicians.

The ideal candidate will have graduation from an approved radiologic technology program, AR RT licensure, ARRT mammography certification, and a minimum of 1 year radiology/mammography experience with current BLS.

This role requires safety awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime/on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an approved school of radiologic technology.
• Arkansas Radiologic Technology licensure and ARRT mammography certification required.
• BLS certification is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality mammograms safely and timely as ordered by the referring physician.
• Serve as backup relief for other radiologic areas as needed and coordinate diagnostic radiographic cases.
• Maintain open, accurate communication and demonstrate ethical and professional conduct.
• Work overtime or on-call as required by workload; understand pediatric to geriatric age groups.
