Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with mammography experience to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging and adhere to MQSA/ACR standards. The role includes daily QA and performing needle localizations, with collaboration across the radiology team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Eligible candidates should be ARRT-certified, Arkansas-licensed, and current in BLS, with training in radiologic sciences. The position is on-site with PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas as Radiologic Technologist in accordance with Arkansas State medical Board
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist with ARRT
• Current BLS or acquired within the first 90 days of employment
• Clinical experience acquired through the completion of radiologic sciences program
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic sciences program

Responsibilities

• Obtains radiographic images of diagnostic quality adhering to departmental standards and protocols
• Performs daily quality assurance on equipment and follows MQSA/ACR standards for mammography
• Performs screening and diagnostic mammograms and needle localizations
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure effective, efficient patient care and outcomes
