Sanford Health is seeking a PRN Mammography Technologist to operate imaging equipment and deliver compassionate care in the Bismarck area.

The role requires ARRT/JRCERT–approved training, ARRT certification within one year, ND licensure where applicable, and BLS within six weeks. On-call and weekend coverage may apply as part of the rural health network, with duties expanding to mobile imaging if needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT or JRCERT approved educational program.
• ARRT registration required.
• Must obtain ARRT Mammography certification within 1 year of hire.
• ND licensure if performing imaging in North Dakota.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography equipment and perform examinations to produce radiographs.
• Ensure proper body positioning and provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients on the importance of mammography and safety practices.
• Maintain records and update patient history related to mammography.
• May support mobile imaging, EKG, cardio-monitoring and DEXA where needed.
