Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Mammo Tech to operate mammography equipment, position patients, and acquire high-quality images in a fast-paced imaging department.

The role requires ARRT registration, Indiana radiographer licensure, and mammography certification or pending completion within 60 days. This PRN/part-time position supports rotating shifts with no mandatory overtime in a care-focused hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; one year mammography experience preferred.
• Current ARRT registration; Indiana Radiographer license; ARRT advanced certification in Mammography or will obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates mammography equipment to obtain high-quality mammographic images per ACR guidelines and protocols.
• Independently performs patient positioning, image acquisition, and equipment adjustments for optimal diagnostic results.
• Collaborates with radiologists, assisting examinations and sterile procedures as needed.
