Job summary

Varco Home Health is hiring a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes in Garland, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll work on a flexible, self-managed schedule with independent field work and meaningful patient-focused contributions.

Active Texas LVN license is required; home health experience is preferred. Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky EMR is a plus, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license is necessary for this on‑the‑road role.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
