Varco Home Health is seeking an LVN to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing visits in El Paso, TX. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for meaningful, patient-focused care in patients’ homes.

Applicants must hold a Texas LVN license and have strong clinical and communication skills. Home health experience is preferred, with Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in Texas.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Take vital signs, administer medications, perform wound and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
