Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-to-one in-home nursing visits, delivering care based on the plan of care and ensuring patient independence and comfort.

You'll follow care plans, document accurately, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the RN Case Manager. A valid Texas LVN license and reliable transportation are required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
