Job summary

National Church Residences in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse PRN Hospice. The role provides nursing care services and case management to clients by implementing the plan of care.

Qualified candidates will have an Ohio Nursing License in good standing, be graduates of an accredited nursing program, and prefer 1–2 years of nursing experience. Excellent communication and adherence to policies are essential to success.

PURPOSE

According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable federal, state and accreditation regulations and reporting to the Clinical Leader, the Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care services and case management to clients and families by implementing nursing interventions set forth by the plan of care

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.

• Documents resident information timely, accurately and confidentially
• Adheres to the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Rights documentation.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures as outlined under the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures
