VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster, MA. The LPN will deliver quality care within the scope of practice and support the medical team in a correctional setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
- Possesses an active CPR certification.
- Remains knowledgeable about state laws governing practice.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes a systematic approach to meet health needs of patients.
- Implements nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
- Contributes to teaching plans for patient health promotion and restoration.
- Cares for wounds with cleaning and dressing.
- Administers medications to offenders.
- Monitors vital signs and reports changes to medical staff.
- Documents actions in MAR and medical records.
- Other nursing duties as assigned by facility.
