Job summary
Cypress Care Center in Wildwood, FL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians, document progress, and communicate with charge nurses and the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications
- Current Florida LPN license.
- At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Must have a current/active CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and nursing standards.
- Assess and document resident progress in the medical record.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor turning and positioning of residents.
- Communicate pertinent information to charge nurses and Director of Nursing.
- Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
- Maintain clean, orderly treatment cart and restock supplies.
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities.
