Qualifications

• If IV therapy is required in North Dakota: complete a Board approved program or IV course per state requirements.
• Minimum 400 hours of clinical experience as an LPN or equivalent requirement.
• Unencumbered LPN license with state board and ongoing competency training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate resident records including care, medication, and activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure resident well-being.
