Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN position. You will provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administer medications, and work within an interdisciplinary team.

Availability for 6 shifts per month, including two weekend shifts and holiday rotation, is required, with additional weekend and night shift incentives. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program with an unencumbered LPN

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with an unencumbered LPN license.
• State licensure or multi-state licensure privileges required; maintain ongoing competencies and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and well-being.
