Four Oaks is seeking a PRN LPN to support youth in our programs, providing nursing care across health and safety activities. You will coordinate care, administer medications, and contribute to health education in a dynamic, youth-centered environment.

You will build trusted relationships, perform triage, and assist with health-related training while maintaining meticulous records and supporting on-call needs as part of a flexible nursing team.

Formación

• Requires a valid LPN license and nursing licensure.
• Experience working with youth or in PRN settings is preferred.
• Ability to work on a rotational on-call schedule.

• Assist with CPR, First Aid, and health education training.
• Identify and report medical, safety, and public health concerns.
• Review medication errors and participate in quality improvement.
