Qualifications

• GA LPN/LVN license required.
• Experience with catheterization and wound care.
• Experience with PEG tube feeding and medication administration.
• Home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the client’s Care Plan and provide direct nursing care.
• Administer medications and therapies per prescribed regimen.
• Monitor client condition and treatment effectiveness.
• Notify supervisor of changes in client condition.
• Educate client on self-care techniques.
• Accurately document nursing notes per agency standards.
