Hope Private In-Home Care LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN) to support catheter change, wound care, and related home-based nursing services in Duluth, GA. The shift is Fri-Sun, 4p-11p, with pay ranging from $35 to $40 per hour.

You will implement the care plan and provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, report changes to the supervisor, and document nursing notes accurately. Georgia licensure is required; prior home-care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Experience with catheters required.
• Experience with wound care required.
• Knowledge of peg tube feeding.
• Administration of medications via peg tube.
• Home care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the client's care plan and provide direct nursing care for sub-acute, chronically ill, and convalescent clients.
• Administer medications and therapeutic treatments according to a prescribed regimen.
• Monitor client's condition and effectiveness of treatments and medications.
• Notify supervisor of changes in client's condition.
• Teach the client appropriate self-care techniques.
• Document nursing notes accurately and submit them timely per agency standards.
