Job summary
The Gardens of Taylor Glen in Concord, NC is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse to join our caregiving team. You will provide essential nursing support, assist with daily living activities, medications, and mobility, and help residents maintain safety and comfort with compassionate care.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in NC (or multi-state license).
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work nights and/or weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrates compassionate, supportive care and high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, showering, dressing and meals.
- Support medication administration and assistance with mobility.
- Accompany clients to appointments and manage errands.
- Assist with daily living activities and light housekeeping.
- Support physical therapy exercises and meal preparation as needed.
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
- Engage clients in activities and daily living tasks.
