Wellpath in Greensboro, NC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in our Nursing department. The role involves under RN supervision, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and documenting care in SOAP charts.

A state license and CPR are required, with at least 1 year clinic experience preferred. This PRN position offers flexible hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for ongoing professional development in a mission-driven environment

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients under RN supervision and contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy if certified, and perform tests per protocol.
• Assist with procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate in safety checks and respond to health emergencies per guidelines.
