The role emphasizes reliability, clinical confidence, and the ability to adapt to varying environments. Background checks and drug screenings are conducted to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.

Qualifications

• Active and valid LPN license required.
• Flexible, open availability to pick up PRN shifts.
• Willingness to accept last-minute or short-notice shifts.
• Current TB test required.
• CPR/BLS certification required (in-person training).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Professionalism and sound clinical judgment.
• Comfort working in different healthcare environments.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
