Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or compact license (must be in good standing).
• Current CPR certification (must be active).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and facility policies.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

LPN license (Georgia or compact)

CPR certification
