Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call coverage with varied shifts (days, evenings and nights). You will provide professional nursing care under supervision, administer medications, document care and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and safety.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and MN LPN licensure; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes and maintain confidentiality.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.
