Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN provides professional nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision. You will administer medications, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

This PRN/On-Call position offers shift variety (days, evenings, nights) with weekend and holiday rotation, plus incentive pay for evenings and weekends. Minnesota LPN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, North Dakota requirements may apply.
• Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program with clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license and maintains required competencies and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care setting.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality.
