Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled home health care for patients in Florida. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following physician orders, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in patients’ homes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while adhering to Medicare guidelines and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes per the plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety.
