Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• IV therapy/management skills may be required depending on state regulations.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state board or multi-state licensure.
• Completes required annual CEU and competency training.
• Drug screen and pre-employment background screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care and medications.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality and safety.
