Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs to support individualized care planning.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy where certified, following established protocols.
• Assist in procedures, monitor safety, and participate in codes as directed by staff.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charts and maintain clear communication with the care team.
• Attend required trainings and meetings to uphold high‑quality patient care.
