Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Must have a valid license (LPN or RN) in the state where clinical will practice.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of admission.
• Arrange appointments for full physical exams and health screenings.
• Administer medications and supervise self-administration where allowed.
• Maintain inventory and accurate records of medical supplies.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, and self-care.
