Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment for clients within 24 hours of admission.
• Administer medications and supervise self-administered meds where allowed.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and accurate records.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, and medications.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure medical coverage and provider compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and uphold infection control policies.
• Provide education on health, safety, and well-being.
