Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the pool each day according to scheduled hours.
• Actively guard and scan the pool area at all times.
• Communicate and enforce all CFE and pool policies and rules in a personable and professional manner.
• Evaluate conditions for safety and initiate aquatics emergency action plan, as required.
• Assist with keeping pool area clean and organized.
• Ensure safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by participants; report accidents and prepare accident reports.
