Job summary

Washington City is seeking a lifeguard to ensure pool patron safety and maintain the facilities. The role requires monitoring, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies in an indoor or outdoor pool setting.

Applicants must hold current Red Cross lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications and be at least 15 years old. Training and experience in aquatics facility operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aquatics facility operation and pool rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifeguarding and monitor pool areas for safety.
• Enforce all pool rules and safety guidelines.
• Scan assigned areas and respond to emergencies.
• Provide first aid to patrons when needed.
• Maintain pool facilities, restrooms and locker rooms.
• Assist Aquatics Manager and head guards as needed.
