Your Role

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain connections with families and community resources to build support networks.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions fostering growth and healing.
• Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care to ensure smooth transitions.
• Act as a bridge between patients and community mental health resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred).
• At least one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience.
• Passion for working with youth and families.
• Ability to complete BLS and Handle with Care Training within 30 days.
