Your Role

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain support networks by connecting with families and community resources.
• Lead daily group therapy sessions to foster growth and healing.
• Plan and execute patient discharge and follow-up care.
• Act as a link between patients and community mental health resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred).
• At least one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience.
• Passion for working with youth and families.
• Commitment to BLS and Handle with Care Training within 30 days.
