We are hiring for PRN Inpatient Therapists!
The Windsor-Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is a 159-bed facility located in beautiful Willoughby, Ohio, near downtown Cleveland. Recognized as a Top Performer by The Joint Commission, the hospital provides 24-hour care for children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues. Our multidisciplinary team includes board-certified psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, case managers, and milieu and activity therapists. Windsor-Laurelwood features a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit for adults, as well as Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. We seek a dynamic therapist with Chemical Dependency experience to join our award-winning Outpatient staff and facilitate an IOP group for chemical dependency.

As part of the treatment team, the Therapist provides direct patient care, including social assessments, treatment plan formulation, individual, group, family, and special focus group psychotherapy, and discharge and continuing care planning. The Therapist collaborates with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, The Joint Commission, State Health Department, and other regulatory bodies.

MSW or Master's in Counseling from an accredited institution. Must possess an Ohio-issued LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC. Requires at least two years of experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting, with direct experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
