Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops an overall plan of care including treatment, frequency, and measurable goals to support discharge.​
• Performs skilled treatments according to the established plan of care.
• Documents observations and patient progress within required timeframes.
• Completes required documentation timely and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Completes billing on the date of service in compliance with regulations.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention practices.
