Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, and educate patients and families on protocols and exercises.
• Document treatments, progress, and responses in accordance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
