Job summary

Highland Care Center in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our team delivering high-quality resident care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with nurses, physicians, and families. Daily pay available and requirement to maintain compliance and complete orientation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and for supervising the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.
