Job summary

Healogics is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide wound care under RN guidance in a busy WCC center. Duties include wound care, intake/discharge support, and collaborative patient management within hospital policies.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, priority for 2+ years’ experience in SNF/LTACH settings, and basic hyperbaric therapy familiarity after the proper training. Day-to-day tasks support patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience, preferably in SNF or LTACH.
• Wound care experience is preferred.
