Job summary

Doctors Community seeks a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-site care team. Under RN direction, you will deliver efficient nursing care, support care plans, and ensure patient/family satisfaction in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include data collection, assessments, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff. Requires LPN licensure (or pending) and BLS/CPR certification; benefits include health, life insurance, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved practical nursing program.
• Current license by State Board of Nursing or must have pending licensure.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
