Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for per diem work at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN. You will provide holistic nursing care under supervision of RNs and medical staff for incarcerated patients in a secure, structured setting.

The role requires TN LPN license or ability to obtain, CPR certification, and a flexible schedule. Base pay is $32 per hour, with per diem compensation and benefits typical of our correctional health facilities.

Qualifications

• TN LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff.
• Collaborate with RNs and psychiatric staff to address physical and mental health needs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety within secure facility.
