Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide patient-centered care in Burbank, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available for clinicians who will accept patients for the duration of their stay, with interdisciplinary teams creating integrated treatment plans applied in patients' homes and communities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work required and LCSW licensure
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
