Job summary

HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital is seeking a PRN Radiology Nurse who will provide bedside nursing in the Imaging Department, including sedation and contrast administration. The role requires RN licensure, ACLS and BLS within 30 days, and comfort with neonatal to geriatric patients.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of clinical experience, with ICU/CCU/OR/imaging and sedation experience preferred. This PRN opportunity supports a leading healthcare system and patient-first mission.

Qualifications

• RN license and credentials required.
• BLS and ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience in ICU/CCU/OR/imaging and sedation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiology Nurse assumes, under the direction of the Medical Director and the Director of Medical Imaging Services, the initiation and/or continuance of patient care in the Imaging Department for patients of all ages, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric, as required. The Radiology Nurse is also responsible for the injection of contrast media and any medications or sedations which the patient may require while in the Imaging Department.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• ICU/CCU/OR/Imaging Experience Sedation Experience Pediatric and Adults preferred
