Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required.
• One or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population required.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in delivering services to individuals and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.
• Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan.
• Provide initial treatment planning based on assessment and coordinate services.
• Maintain documentation of therapy services according to standards.
• Maintain a caseload as assigned and participate in treatment team meetings.
• May provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings; assist with discharge or aftercare.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism; address patient concerns and safety as a priority.
