Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a PRN, Day Shift Occupational Therapist to join the Inpatient Rehabilitation team. You will assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Current Oklahoma OT license or eligibility; licensure by 6 months after temporary license.
• Current BLS or CPR certification on hire or within 30 days.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, and develops and modifies OT plan of care with goals and outcomes.
• Performs comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment with documentation.
• Coordinates patient care with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes and communication.
• Directs Occupational Therapy Assistants and remains responsible for the episode of care.
• May act as clinical instructor or assist with orientation of new staff.
