Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital in Edmond, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist for day shift PRN in Outpatient Rehab. You will deliver and document physical therapy services following a care plan and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, coordinating care with the team, guiding assistants, and delivering evidence-based treatments to improve function, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligible to pursue licensure.
• BLS or CPR certification upon hire or within 30 days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
• Aquatics or Hand Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, and develops plan of care with goals and outcomes.
• Performs comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessments with documentation.
• Coordinates patient care with clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Directs PTAs and oversees components of treatment; documents episode of care.
• Provides skilled interventions to achieve changes aligned with diagnosis and prognosis.
• Maintains timely, concise and legible written reports; considers age/cultural needs.
